Just a reminder to those outside New York State. County Clerks in
New York State do not have custody of vital records. The town or village
clerk of the municipality where the event took place has custody of the
record.
The NYS Health Department also has these records. If you need
contact information for a particular town, contact me directly
via email and I will send the information to you.
