Hello to All,
I have recently found out that one of the people I am researching was born
in Long Island, Suffolk County between 1850 and 1855. His name is Arthur
Bugghy//Buggy//Bugghey//Buggie (I have found him using all of the above
spellings if his last name) and his parents were James Buggy and Elizabeth
Valley.

My question - where would I look or who do I send to for his birth
information?
