Searching for information about the family of William FANCEY/FANSEY/FANSHAW who left a will in Brookhaven Town, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York in 1677.

William Fancey of Setauket, Brookhaven Town, Suffolk County, LI, New York
Will proved March 8, 1677, Suffolk County.
Widow, Catherine Fancey
Son, Samuel (Who never married)
Son, Joseph (No further entries ever found anywhere)
Son, William, Jr.
Daughter, Hannah (married Whitaker)
Daughter, Rachel (married Goulsbury and Jennings)

Published records of Brookhaven have considerable information about Fancey/Fansey family prior to 1677. After 1678, William, Jr., may have stayed in the area, but no further information can be found. Would like to know about wife and children of William, Jr. and Joseph and any other children of William, Sr.

A Published records of Islip Town show a registered cattle
earmark for Richard Fansey in 1727. Would like to know about Richard Fansey of Islip and his wife and family - desperately!.

Would like to know about any Fancey/Fansey/Fanshaw in the Long Island area in period of 1677-1730.

Thank you!
