Chuck,
The transcripts of the Association lists in Frederic Mather's "Refugees of
1776 from Long Island to Connecticut" show the name as Henry Sumers. Also a
1776 census of Suffolk County shows Henry Sumers in Brookhaven, but no
Sumerix.
