In 1920 few houses in the rural areas had house numbers, and if not in the center of a village, most didn't have house numbers or full street addresses until the 911 system began to require them in very recent years. To my knowledge there is no cross reference between the census sequence say in 1920 and actual addresses of today.
Possibly a local historical society, or the Suffolk Co. Hist. Soc. at Riverhead, or a local public library can be of some assistance. It is possible that maps may exist that identify some of the property owners or inhabitants of some houses. These would probably be in historical societies and larger libraries. If the people you are seeking owned the property, you can always check thru Suffolk County real estate records, and possibly equate an old location to a current address, but it will be time-consuming.
