On my fathers birth certificate his last name is Yuengling however for some reason when his younger brother was born his said Youngling and my father throughout his life change his name from yuengling to youngling and back again except when he got married to my mom it is under Youngling.

I want to change my name to his last name thats on his birth certificate.

does anyone know what type of attorney I need to see about this?? I have his original certificate stating the name Yuengling.
