Mary Ann:
Off hand, I do not recognize this Martha Conklin.
I'd suggest you try Mac Titmus's site "Long Island Genealogy" at:
www.longislandgenealogy.com
Go in to the Long Island Surnames first; then into Conklin page; then into
the Conklin surname in the Conklin file; then to the various Marthas listed.
I have been working with Mac mostly on the Thomas^4 [1704-1793] line in
Huntington. I'm sure this Martha fits in to one of the earlier Conklin
lines. I did give Mac some of my Conklin Mann data. Much/most of what he has
on the site has been contributed by other people.
You'll need to "play with" the various names listed. You might well find the
Martha you are looking for. There were quite a few Martha when I looked
today.
Sopher is normally spelled SOPER. I'm not sure, but there might be a Soper
file at Mac's site. If so, you might want to look into it also.

Does anyone on any of these lists recognize this Martha Conklin ?
Thank you.
David

> David,
I have a
