This is a duplicate post because I forgot to fill in the subject line. Sorry.

I am posting Grantee, Grantor, Liber(Queens Co. NY), Page, Date Signed, Date
Recorded. Not all records have data in all fields. Each field is contained in
parenthesis which is done automatically and is fortunate since it helps
differentiate between the commas separating first and last names, and the
commas between the fields. Data from original Index Ledgers at the NY Queens
County Town Clerk’s office. Records posted to date: 235
