I am sorry that most of you will be receiving more than one copy of this - I
am posting it to all my mailing lists as a last ditch attempt to make this
trip a go. Also, feel free to post it on any others lists, if you think it
might be useful.

To those of you living in Nassau or Suffolk counties -
The Suffolk County Historical Society is organizing a bus trip into NYC on
Tuesday, November 12. You have the choice of being dropped off for the day at
the National Archives, or the Municipal Archives (FULL, unless you are going
upstairs for NY County wills or other info) or the Kings County Surrogate's
Court and nearby Registrar's building (Bklyn wills & deeds).
Cost is $23 for SCHS members, $26 for nonmembers. There will be pickups in
Riverhead, LIE Exit 63 and LIE Exit 49.
Today was the deadline - but because we need a few more people to make this
trip happen, I am extending the deadline until Monday! If interested, please

great :-) Checks should be mailed to SCHS, 300 West Main St. Riverhead, NY
11901 - ASAP .
