You can contact the Southampton Town Clerk, Marietta Seaman, for a copy of a death certificate since he died in Hampton Bays. Her address is: Southampton Town Hall, Hampton Rd, Southampton NY 11968. There is a chance that his obituary would have been in the local paper, The Hampton Chronicle News which is published now as the Southampton Press. Perhaps the HB Library would have copies. They are located on Ponquogue Ave. Hampton Bays NY 11946.
