I went to school with Roger Payne's half-brother Kimberly in Quogue Elementary School in the 1950's. I have visited the Oakwood Cemetery (Edward, Virginia, their mother Hattie,...) since reading your two queries a couple of weeks ago. I tried to "write" to you via your e-mail address, only to have it come back as undeliverable. Yesterday I posted a message about this. Today I located this page/option. I'm hoping that this will go through to you.
