There aren't any streets that go into the park except for the Heckshur State
Parkway. However, the side roads that run along the parkway are Great River
Rd (not really next to the parkway), which turns into River Rd, which crosses
over the parkway to the very south (also provides an exit off the parkway), and
Overlook Drive, which runs from Montauk Hwy to Marilyn Street (which is a
bicycle path to the park). Any elementary children in that area would attend
Timberpoint Elementary School.

The name of the road that ran north of Montauk (opposite Overlook Dr.) is
Harwood Avenue.
