Ooops....I think you meant Oyster Ponds, which is extreme EAST on Long
Island's North Fork. Oyster BAY is mid-Long Island, near Syosset. It does get
confusing sometimes, doesn't it, with names so similar? (We have a number of
roads named the same name in different areas of our town.... isn't that silly?
Makes it tough on the volunteer fire dept. and the mailmen too!)
