Hi Neil,

I am interested in you Rogers, Hallock, Halsey, Fanning, Howell families as I have all those names in my tree and go back on Long Island to the very first white families to live there. An example:

Great-great grandmother Mary (Polly) Aldrich Fanning married David E. Dayton...her parents were Abraham Fanning and Martha Hallock Luce.

Abraham's parents were John Fanning and Mary Aldrich.......
Martha's parents were Benjamin Luce and Prudence Hallock...

Great grandmother Adelaide Estelle Wood married David B. Dayton. Her parents were George S. Wood and Emily A. Worth.....her grandparents were Joel Wood and Esther Howell the daughter of David Howell and Joanna Wells...

I would be interested in knowing your connections as I can trace all these folks back to England for several generations. We have a long tradition in Riverhead.
