I have a Laura Baxter in my Fish line. Her gravestone in DuPage County, IL
indicates that she was born about 1790, but I don't know where. She was the
first wife of Daniel Fish who was born in 1790 in Leicester, Addison County,
Vermont. I don't have a marriage date, but the oldest child I've found was
born in 1820. Was the Laura Baxter you are looking for married to Edward
Birdsall?
