I am sitting in a tiny library in Carmel, New York three mornings
a week, reading microfilms!
They are not indexed and not on line. It's rough on the eyes. I have become
fascinated by the social/political movements and foreshadowings
of the Civil War, as it all played out in my very own "turf" 150
years ago.
I'll keep my eyes tuned for the Dineen name and let you know
if I come across it. The dairy industry was enormous here and
news from the dairymen was often printed. Any church, marriage
or death dates would help.
