Hi
I think you have the wrong information. I have a partial list for my
Sands family and one of the libers is Liber H from the 1770's. The
county started with Liber A through Z then started with numbers. As an
example Liber 30 is from the 1820's. The originals are at the county
archives (I think) and there are nicely done copies at the county land
records office. They are very accessible.
