I'm looking for MERRITT's. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I'm trying to narrow down when some of them died but I don't have much to go
on. They show up on the 1860 or 70 census and not on the 1880, but that
could be because they moved away. I'm trying to use process of elimination
to figure out where they are. If I find them in a cemetery at least I have
some clue.

What names are you looking for??, I have a alphabetical list of headstone
inscriptions Many cemeteries, some in Westchester County NY, some in
greenwich, Ct., there are 2, 543 names. It was compiled between 1870-1892
with corrections and additions through 1896.
