I believe my ancester was at Fort Howe for a time during the America
Revolution about 1780.
He had a son born in Nov. 1780 and although New Brunswick was still part
of Nova Scotia in 1780,
his death recorded by one of his sons staes he was born in New
Brunswick. His father was a member
of the 84th Royal Highland Emigrants and a company or part of was at
Fort Howe during part of the war.
Does anyone know of any location of muster lists for fort Howe? If
anyone can help, please email me at
my address . Thanks.
Harley White
