Velma Lenore Ogden New 72, of Indianapolis, died Friday, November 25, 2005. She was born September 23, 1933 in Indianapolis. She was a member of the Lady's Auxillary of the V.F.W. Post #1587. In loving memory, Velma is cherished by her daughter, Deborah Parsons, grandchildren, Patrick, Christy, and Chad; great grandchildren, Sierra, Brittney, and Nadya; brothers, Harold, Donald, James, William, and David Ogden. Velma is preceded in death by her husband, Dee New; brother, Oren Ogden; sisters, Rose McQuilling and Juanita Locke. A funeral ceremony to celebrate Velma's life is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Family Funeral Care, with calling there from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
