Winnie,

The 1860 & 1870 census index on Ancestry is incomplete.

Don't know if this will help you or not Winnie.
Found the following families in 1850 Licking county, Hopewell township.
This is very near the town of Brownsville, Ohio on State route 40 and this
vicinity is near the borders of Licking, Perry and Muskingum counties.
There is a Cedar Hill cemetery located at the following, which is in Licking
county, off of route 79, I believe:
CEDAR HILL CEMETERY
275 N CEDAR ST
NEWARK OH 43055
(740)349-6789
With this area being so close to three county borders, it gets kind of
confusing.

Jacob Loughman 30 looks like PA
Sarah E. 24 looks like VA
David A. 3 O? Ohio?
Mary J. 2 O? Ohio?

( the enumerator abbreviated occupations & place of birth, so if I can't
make it out specifically, I am leaving it blank. If you feel these are the
family that might be connected, perhaps another volunteer can look at them)

Darrel Loughman 55
David 25
George 23
Samuel 20
John 19
Daniel 17 or 15 "O"
Elizabeth 14 "O"
Henry 2 "O"
Minu???? (female) 18 'O"

visit 279
John Loughman 40
Martha 33
Mary 12 OH
Elizabeth 10 OH
John S. 7 OH

These Loughman families I am guessing were either born in VA or PA.
