These Wallens are driving me crazy. My GG Grandfather was
Nathan Wallen b.ca.1817. His son Andrew Jackson Wallen
was b. 1870. It is Andrew Jackson Wallen that I am trying to
find now. The James Wallen above is most likely Nathan's brother,
because Nathan did have a brother James. . Andrew Jackson
Wallen was listed as a child on one census as Jackson. Maybe
he went by Jackson in the 1900 census. He would only be 30
years old in the 1900 census. If he doesn't show up he could have
moved or died. I do know his wife Flora did remarry. Thanks for

Well, Paula, I believe I gave you a listing of all the names I
found in Butler County with surname of WALLEN/WALLER . . .
I checked again, and did not find any Jackson among them.
However, I did another check for variations of the WALLEN
surname & came up with this(!!! unbelievable !!!):
