match but the closest I found:

Irene?,, wife, age 34, marr, 2 yrs, bore 3 children 3 still living, b. IN,
parents b. IN, dress maker, at home, for self, can read & write;
Harold Louis, step son, age 15, b. IN, parents b. IN, can read & write,
attends school;
Marie A., step dau, age 3, b. OH, parents b. IN;
Helen, step dau, age 6, b. IN, parents b. IN;

The only Bell in Warren Co was Simpson Bell and no family with him. No Wm's
listed in the index for OH as being born in illinois.

in the 1910 census? he may have been in warren Co OH. He was there in 1900
census with family. 1910 census his wife is remarried but unsure if William
died or they divorced. he was a fireman in 1900 census. Franklin. Thnaks for
