Hi Tom,
I found no J, Josiah (b MD), Sally or Sarah (b VA) or Minnie Thompson
indexed in OH in 1900.
I did find this Josiah:
THOMPSON JOSIAH 60 M W VA OH DARKE JACKSON TWP 1900, blacksmith, b
Aug 1840; with wife Elizabeth b Oct 1840 OH, married 35 y; son John F. b
July 1875 OH.

Sorry I couldn't find them.
