Terri, thank you for the lookup. I guess i am grasping
at straws. the info i had was Washington Riggin
married Rebecca Durham in 1851, Pickaway Ohio. I found
Rebecca Durham in 1850 but only found an Isaac Riggin
in Pickaway in 1850.

I have been trying to find out if they stayed in Ohio
or went to Indiana, county unknown or maybe in
Vermilion Co. or the surrounding counties in Illinois
in 1860.
