Hello , I'm new to this list ! In great need of any info on the Sturgis family ! Hoping there might be some on the 1820-1930 Ohio census, I have William Sturgis married Susan T. Ludlow 25 Nov 1840 Butler ,Ohio , They had 8 children ELIZA , William G. ( my family line ),ISAAC, CHARLES H. ( also my family line his daugther married William G. son ) ALZINIA , HOWSON B., PEARSON L., MARTHA B. They were born from 1848 to 1856 in Cincinnati,Hamilton ,Ohio
Edwin M. and Cora E. Sturgis were my great grandparents ( both from the same family line),,, Cora died young and Edwin moved back to Ohio from Indiana for a short time , he worked for a railroad there then moved back to Indiana
