The 1820 census index only lists the name of the head of household. Other
family members are designated by age/sex columns. Since Elizabeth would have
only been 13 yrs. old,
she won't be listed in the index.

The index shows 6 results for the MILTON surname in Ohio in 1820, but none
are in Highland Co. The MILTONs listed are located in Belmont (2),
Jefferson, Knox, Muskingum and Ross Co. and they are all male, heads of household;
Stofard, Thomas, Joseph, John, William and Robert G. Do you know her
father's name?
