Hi Linda,
I didn't see a reply to your query--please excuse me if you already
got a response.
There is a William Rutter, 16, who appears to be indexed incorrectly
at Ancestry.com. Despite a dotted
line drawn by the enumerator to delineate between households, the person
who did the transcription put
William Rutter in the wrong household. The enumerator shows William's
mother as a male. Here's what
the index *should* look like! ;-)

Caleb is incorrectly indexed as 'Ruter' at Ancestry--it is clearly
spelled Rutter.
