The 1850 census shows 3 Daniel Myers' in Allen Co., OH.
1) b abt 1802 in Virginia
2) b abt 1850 in Ohio
3) b abt 1839 in Ohio

Of these, #3 is most likley. Son of William & Hannah, both of Ohio. He's also the only one of the 3 who also appears in Allen Co., OH on the 1860 census (age 21 in Ottowa Township).
