Hi Karen,
I was just wondering if and how to find a death record in Cleveland, Ohio,
for my great aunt - DORIS CUTHBERTSON.
She was born in approx. 1903, in Plumstead, Kent U.K. to William and
Elizabeth Sargeant. She came to Canada with her parents in approx. 1920.
She then married John (Jack) Cuthbertson - not sure if in Canada or U.S.,
but then moved to Cleveland. I don't think they had any natural children,
but adopted a son. Her husband was born in Scotland I think, and was much
older. Doris was president of some Labour Union in Cleveland, as I have a
photo of her in program for her retirement dinner (no date on it , but must
have been in the 50's.) I think she died in 1959, as I have a letter from a
family member stating that it was too bad about her. I couldn't find a
vital record for her, but did find one for a Jack in the late 1960's that
may have been him.
Is there some way to find her record of death?
Thanks for any help!
Regards,
Deborah
