You can actually go anytime. The cemetery does not have an office & is
generally unattended-- the neighborhood is bad. I have gone several times,
but always with someone else. The gate is left unlocked.
One Sunday a month someone from the cemetery board is there. You can call
216-641-7575 for the dates.
