I just received a marriage certificate for William Mahony and Catherine
White, my gr gr grandparents. The marriage took place in Cleveland on May
5, 1856. The clergyman was Michael O'Neil. Family history has it that they
were married at St. John's Cathedral. Can anyone confirm whether he was one
of the priests there. I know that Amadeus Rappe was in charge, but there
must have been other priests there as well who might have performed
marriages, etc.
