Franklin Alley became W 22nd PL NW. It would be north of Lorain Ave
and should run North-South. There was also a Franklin Extension that ran (
E-W) into the flats. The PL place usually indicates a small street, an alley,
maybe to get to the stables or for rubbish pickup
