grandparents (Leopold and Sophia Pischel) purchased the house in 1915 from
Martin O. Matia. It was in the family until it was torn down about 15 (?)
years ago. I have a photo taken in 1957; although it is not a very good one.
It also included the purchase price, a sketch of the building, description,
etc. There were 4 pages of information. All of this information I received
from the Cuyahoga County Archives from their real estate appraisal
cards..........Pat
