David Strawman, Of Freedom, Succumbs

David S. Strawman, 67, of Freedom Center, died early Sunday morning at his
home following and extended illness.

A former Presbyterian minister, Mr. Strawman had been a farmer at Freedom
for
nearly 30 years. He was born August 8, 1870, in Lindsey ,Ohio, the son of
Daniel S. and Sarah Houser Strawman. He was a graduate of Heidelberg College
and Chicago Theological Seminary.

Funeral services will be held at the home at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, with Mr.
Strawman's brother-in-law Rev. J.E. Hartman, of Mt. Pleasant, Pa.,
officiating. Burial will be at Drakesburg.

Mr. Strawman is survived by his wife, Beulah; two daughters, Mrs. Sarah
Cook,
of Cleveland, and anna Ruth, at home; three sons, Edwin L. of Kent, Daniel
of
Freedom and Dwight of Willard; and three sisters and three grandchildren.

home"

Friends may call at the Mallory Funeral Home in Garrettsville, until
Wednesday morning.
