IN MEMORIAM

Mrs. Anna Wimmer

Died, in Tuesday afternoon, May 3rd, 1892, after an illness of only one
week, Mrs. W. Wimmer. The deceased, formerly Miss Anna Widerkin, was born
in 1834, in the neighborhood of Munster, Germany, and was, therefore, at the
time of her death, 58 years old. At a very early age she came to America
with her parents, who settled near Piqua, Ohio, where they have since remained.

The deceased was married about 40 years ago to Mr. Wendel Wimmer, which
union was blessed with eight children, one son and seven daughters, who are
all grown up, and several are married. Mrs. Wimmer was a diligent worker on
the farm, never grumbling about too much work, but always looking to the
welfare of her family.

The funeral, which was attended by all her children and relatives, took
place on Thusday morning, May 5th, 1892, with a solemn Requiem High Mass, at
St. Boniface German Catholic Church, after which the remains were interred
in the Catholic Cemetery, of Piqua. May she rest in Peace.
