Linda-- I am researching Zachariah HURLEY, b. abt. 1757 in Vermont and lived in Shelby County, Ohio m. Catherine Unknown b. about 1763 in Vermont. Children Robert, b. 1785, Vermont, d. August 10, 1853, in Grant County Indiana, m. Phebe Richardson (this is my husband's ggg-grandfather)

Have incomplete info about Robert's siblings but believe they are Zachariah, Thomas, John, and Sarah.

Robert's daughter Samantha married John Wilber SERFOSS in Wabash County, Indiana, in 1837. Have complete family histories for the descendants in this line.

Have found references to a Robert and John as early settlers in Wabash County, Lagro Township, Indiana. Also listings of Zachariah and several others in 1812 war rolls and 1817 tax rolls in Ohio (Shelby County) but cannot confirm exactly which ones these are. There seem to be several with same names. Always looking for more info to tie all of this together. Thanks. Karen
