Would you believe that Frances just finally moved out of NE Florida this
afternoon? We still have about 30,000 homes without power, and some will not
have it until next week. That will really do a number on your ice cream.
My son went to Merritt island yesterday and just phoned me. He said the
damage there was not as bad as it is at Jacksonville Beach. Now we are
waiting for Ivan the Terrible.
I have really enjoyed the last few days on this site, and I would like to
direct you REAL cooks to a site I think is cool. The Cook`s Thesaurus
<www.foodsubs.com> Kind of neat with pictures and descriptions of just
about every kind of food you can name.
One thing I really miss is fried hominy. I ate a ton of it when I was a
kid. Didn`t seem to hurt me. All I have is 7 by-passes and 6 stents from it.

We also don`t have brick cheese here in the south, and I love it.
Keep it coming, this is a delight.
