I saw the Wagon Wheel... think in a photograph... but thought it was actually in the Van Cleve... not across the street if I remember correctly....
there were actually more chinese restaurants around between maybe 1900 and 1940 then you'd think.... saw a 1955 or so newspaper article about one getting robbed a week or so ago.... and hey... even White Tower had chop suey on the menu! think it was about 5-10 cents....
