Fellow Rooters:
I am looking for information on William Wade, married to Mary
Shepherd about 1761 in Virginia. They moved from Virignia to Maryland and
then to Adams County, possibly
Manchester, Ohio between 1783 and 1792. Their last three children were
born in Manchester, Adams Co., George about 1792, died about 1802; John,
about 1794, died about 1802; Abbie about 1796, died about 1812. Their
other children were born in Virginia and Maryland. I am trying to tie
these parents to their first born child, Banks Wade born about 1765 in
Henrico County, Virginia. Does anyone know of a recorded will for William
as he was suppossed to have died after 1815? The will may list children
and help me tie them. I am at my wit's end at this point, as one reseacher
says they are related and one says no. I would love to be able to tie
them; as Banks is my ancestor.
Thanks for any help in this line.

Also does anyone know the sign on address for Ohio's list. I tried one and
the address came back as bad. Thanks.
