Surname: Davis and Willman, also Brooks

Searching for information on James L. Davis,

my gg grandfather m. Harriet Matilda (Tillie) Willman 1/2/1873. Tillie
was born April 1853.

One son- Charles Boston Davis b. 12/6/1873 d.5/18/1944 age 71,
he married Myrtle Lena Pummel 10/6/1897,
2 children

1. Stanley Davis
2. Myrtle Mae - died at age 3 weeks

Myrtle Lena died while giving birth.

He waited until his son was 21 to remarry.

He then married my ggrandmother Anna Electa Brooks
She died in 1968.

Three daughters were born:

Ruby Ruth
Viola Pearl- deceased
Myrtle Mae-deceased

I am searching for the parents of my gggrandfather James L.
There is a possibilty they are from Monmouthshire Wales.
