Surname: Bailey, Price, Martin
-------------------------
Martarilly Bailey "Price" was my gggrandmother, she was born 1818. I have
been searching for her for about 5 years, and corresponded with the Adams
County Genealogical Society and didn't learn anything about her, it was
when we went to Salt Lake to search in the Morman Library that I found
a copy of the Adams County 1989 Hertiage Book on the shelf, and in it it
had an article about her. Made contact with Dennis Hawkins line and from
there was able to gather a little more about Martarilly Price. She was
first married to a man by the name of Bailey and had two sons named Daniel
and William, William was killed in the Civil War, information from the
National Archives. Daniel also served in the Civil War. Martarilly's second
marriage was to John Price and it was from this marriage that my greatgrandmother
Sarah Price was born and she married a Wm.
Webb, and from this marriage my grandmother Sabilla Jane Webb was born.
I would love to share information on her as
I have never been able to make contact with her descendants, Martarilly
signed by grandmother's Autograph book as your loving grandmother. and
evidently she had a sister named Jermima Long as she signed it as your
Aunt. I
have an article about her, but was unable to find any relatives of hers.
Martarilly was still alive on the 1900 Census but died somewhere after
1906. I would love to share with anyone that can fill in all the blank
spaces.
Cordially
June
