Pal of mine went to a mid-Adams auction on Clay Moore Rd.
He bought a mussle loading gun made by Vanneman.
Using the reprint atlas, I think he was near Unity, or Wheat Ridge P.O.
or Wheat P.O. I see a couple Moore farms towards West Union from
Unity,Grace's Run.,Oliver township.
Have also Evans+ Shriver's "1900 History of Adams Co" Who were the
Moore'?
Clay Moore? and who was the 1800 era gunsmith,Vanneman? sp?
