Can anyone please tell me what township Stout,OH is in?

I am trying to track down an R.E.BRADFORD from Stout,OH
this would be in either Adams or Scioto Co.

R.E.Bradford b.abt 1875 (all I have are his initials)
wife OLLIE/OLA [COX] b.abt 1875 in Vanceburg,Lewis Co.,KY
married 8-1-1899 in Lewis Co.,KY
An obit of Ola`s father dated 1915, lists them in Stouts,Ohio

Would appreciate any help.
