I received the following information:
>From Gateway to the West
Vol 1, Adams Co., Oh
Admistrators and Executors Docket Records, 1836-1841
FURNIER, Henry - #33; 10-6-1836; David Furnier, adms.; Bond $500.; Wm T.
Reynolds and James Cole, security. (3)
I'm not sure how to interpret this. Does this mean Henry was deceased and his will was proved 10-6-1836, David Furnier was administrator?
Is a copy of the will transcript kept somewhere, or was it stored (and burned) in the courthouse?
I believe Henry is my 4th ggf and I'm trying to determine if this is the one. Many descendants of Henry were in PA, where my roots are.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
