Rebecca Cooper James Scott is buried in Greenlawn Cemetary in Portsmouth Ohio Section 22 lot 33. Her death certificate is at the Portsmouth Health Department Vol 224 page 41. I am a decendent of her sister Matilda Anna Cooper Roush.
