Do you know who I am? You know~~~that Newman cousin.
Any way, Elizabeth Freeland wouldn't have been on the 1850 census because she was already married to Arthur Nelson.
I am so excited I could just bust.!!! On your marriage information on Elizabeth and Arthur, it said they were married in Pike County, Ohio. Is that close to Lawrence County because that where they were in 1850. Where did you find the date? This is very important because they are my gg-grandparents.
I don't know what happened to Arthur and John H. I have tryed the Civil war for Arthur Nelson, but will try again.
