In Atlas 80, pg. 29, Henry A. SMITH is listed as an 1824 taxpayer, again
on pg. 29 as an 1830 taxpayer, and again on pg. 31 as being born in
Delaware, having moved to Hamilton Co. and then marrying Elizabeth
HINKLE and settling in St. Marys Twp. in 1820-21. Does anyone know
where these Atlases are located and if they contain further
information? According to Land Receiver's books from 1820 to 1863,
Henry A. Smith bought section 15 in St. Marys Twp. in 1834. He should
appear in the 1840 census. Could someone look for me or tell me where I
can look? This is all the information that I have. He is my brick
wall. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Please reply to
