The Ohio Historical Society in Columbus has the volumes regarding patients - includes admission dates, releases, deaths, etc. No medical histories, however. Visit their website at www.ohiohistory.org and search the archives for Lima State Hospital. You can visit the library to look at the volumes or request information from them via their research request forms. Good luck!
