Jennie MILLS was born 3 Mar 1861 to James MILLS and Philomena/Philena
SHAFFER, Allen county. Jennie married first Samuel BOWSHER who died rather young;
Jennie and Samuel had at least 1 son, Samuel S. BOWSHER, b ca 1881-83. Samuel
the son married Ruth PUGSLEY and they had Donald BOWSHER; the family moved to
Spokane, Washington and that's where Saml (husb of Ruth) died. After Saml the
father died, Jennie married Saml's brother Henry S. BOWSHER who was born 20
Jun 1863 Allen county. Jennie and Henry married 25 Apr 1886; they had Elza b
1888, Arley b 1891, Emma b 1894, Burl(ey) b 1898, possibly another child or 2.
Elza and Arley b Allen county, Burl b Auglaize county.

Saml (first) and Henry's parents were Samuel M. Bowsher b 1824 Pickaway, Ohio
and Lydia Wagner b 1823 Ohio. Saml M. and Lydia married 1848 Pickaway
county. They had Mary b 1843, William Albert b 1849, Martha b 1850, Anna Minerva b
1854, Sarah Almeda b 1855, Lewis Monroe b 1859 (plus Saml above and Henry).
All kids born Allen county, I believe. After Lydia died, Saml M married
Christina FENSTERMACHER 4 Oct 1863 Hancock county,Ohio and they had Matilda Ann b
1870 Allen county.

Saml M. BOWSHER's parents were Isaac BOWSHER b 1798 Berks county, PA and Anna
Eliz DUNKLE b 1795 PA. Isaac and Anna Eliz marr 1864 Allen county; they had
Israel b 1820, Mary Magdalene b 1821, Anna b 1823, Mary b 1827, Lydia b 1831,
Matilda b 1832, Joseph b 1835, Elias b 1836. All kids born in Pickaway
county, OH, I think. Isaac BOWSHER's parents were William BOWSHER b 1775 Berks
county, PA and Sabina/Savina SMITH b 1771 PA. William and Sabina married 1787
Berks county, PA; they had Daniel b 1796 Berks county, Isaac, Benjamin b 1803
Berks and Jeremiah b 1806 Ross county, OH.

William BOWSHER's parents: John/Johannes Daniel BOWSHER b 1725
Alsace-Lorraine, d 1795 Berks county, PA and Anna Maria Eva DRACH or DROG b 1729 (I think
Alsace, also). John/Johannes and Anna Maria married ca 1752. They had Susanna
b 1762 Berks co, PA, William, and Jacob b 1772 Berks co, PA.

Re Jennie MILLS at the beginning, she was the daughter of James Lewis/Louis
MILLS b 1830 or 1832 (prob Guernsey county, OH) and Philomena/Philena SHAFFER.
James and Philomena married 1860, had Jennie, John James, Marietta (who
married Levi A. BINKLEY), Ellen, Emma, Mattie E, Maud, Cora. James MILLS parents
are unknown and I would VERY much like to know who they were. Philomena's
parents: John Shaffer and Elizabeth Nolan.

I'd love to hear from any descendants/others who tie in to any of the above
individuals. Hope to hear from you!
